For those concerned about my last post, or puzzled by my absence for the past week, my mother-in-law now lives with us.

I have emptied one of our "storage" rooms, stripped out the carpet, waxed the floor, painted and such, and she is happily settled in with a dog and two cats. There will be another dog arriving from Florida in the near future.

The move involved a lot of stress, a minor car accident, and over 30 hours of painting.

Then, of course, today I had to work eleven hours, including driving from Burlington to Winston-Salem to Charlotte to Greensboro.

But I'll be better soon. I sleep now.
